Welcome to the pricing information page of Serviclean NZ. Here you will find the detailed pricing for our residential and commercial cleaning services. Our transparent pricing ensures that you know exactly what to expect when you choose Serviclean NZ for your cleaning needs.

A travel charge will  apply if cleaner is driving in excess of 20 kms for a single job in one proximity.

Regular home cleans include:

• Kitchen;  benches, oven tops/fronts, fridge fronts, dishwasher, microwave, splash-back, cupboard fronts

• Bathroom; basins, toilets, baths, showers (traps are always cleaned in shower floors)

• Dusting all general surfaces

• Vacuum all carpets

• Mopping all hard floors

• Spot cleaning walls (does not include higher levels or extreme fly spot cleaning above a 2 step ladder)

• Wiping down skirting boards

• Hang out washing (if required) 

Please note that detailed oven cleaning, fridge/freezer cleaning or window cleaning is not part of a standard regular clean - price on application.
